Los integrantes del Estado Islámico (ISIS, por sus siglas en inglés) siguen con su mira puesta en la República Islámica. El pasado miércoles el grupo yihadista difundió un video en el que advirtió que lanzará nuevos ataques contra Teherán y llamó a los ciudadanos persas a levantarse contra su país.
En el clip, divulgado por la agencia afín a ISIS, Amaq, un terrorista –portando un rifle AK-47- amenazó al régimen iraní con repetir los atentados de junio.
"De la misma forma que estamos cortando los cuellos de sus perros en Irak y Siria, vamos a cortar sus cuellos en el centro de Teherán", advirtió el combatiente extremista.
Cabe recordar, que el pasado 7 de junio, terroristas suicidas atentaron en el Parlamento iraní y en el mausoleo del ayatolá Ruhollah Khamenei. Como consecuencia del ataque 17 personas murieron.
Las autoridades de seguridad persas informaron que arrestaron a decenas de sospechosos vinculados al ataque e incluso aseguraron que abatieron al jefe de planificación.
El Ministerio de Inteligencia iraní anunció el pasado lunes que fueron arrestadas 27 personas que planeaban ataques terroristas en el país.
